Suite nº4. Do not disturb, with dramaturgy and direction by Jordi Oriol, is the new creation of a dance-theatre collective that performs on international stages and has achieved unquestionable prestige.

HOTEL colectivo escénico is a collective that operates like the structure of a hotel, moving through different rooms in the form of performances, where the guest is always the one in charge of the direction, opening the possibility of exploring new artistic disciplines through the main language of its creations: dance and movement.

HERE is a site-specific piece, a visceral interaction within an architectural space that generates an animalistic dialogue. A succession of scenes that explore the resonance of the body as organic material. A body as a vessel of emotional reverberation, seeping with memories.

Taking as its starting point the book of the same title, HERE, by Richard McGuire, the work brings to the foreground the place that contextualizes intimate scenes as they originate and transform, highlighting the diversity of movement languages within each environment. Throughout the journey, the audience can perceive subtle thematic echoes and visual rhymes between the different scenes.

HERE is an act of contemplation, an invitation to engage with the ever-changing and ephemeral nature of the HERE.

Closing performance of the 33rd Dansàneu Festival, a self-produced creation in collaboration with the Clàssics Festival and the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB). With text curation by writer and translator Carlota Gurt, stage vision by Sol Picó, choreography and performance by Anna Hierro, Raquel Gualtero, Sònia Gómez, and Sol Picó herself, and original music by the Barcelona Art Orchestra, with compositions by Lluís Vidal, Joan Vidal, Lluc Casares, and Néstor Giménez.

The Daughters of Lilith is a corporeal narrative that explores the roots of the delirious, misogynistic, and murderous discourse surrounding witches, and the construction of this collective imaginary to confront the fear that women inspired (and still inspire?). A journey through the mental and physical traces left on the bodies of women who said “no.” Four solos by four unruly women: Lilith, Medea, the Witch, and Orlando.

Four new musical compositions created from texts by Euripides, Ben Sira, two Dominican inquisitors, and Virginia Woolf. A conjuring to atone for the dead. A cry that declares: if we frighten you, that is your problem. We all come from Lilith.

Jarana, the third part of the trilogy, is a research and creation project that explores traditions at risk of disappearing. A work that invites reflection on the importance of preserving traditions while also exploring new forms of collective expression in an increasingly changing and technological world.

Tradere is a contemporary dance and live electronic music project that explores Western traditions in which the body is sacrificed out of devotion, belief, and tradition, in order to belong to a community within a festive context.

It is a reflection on the intergenerational continuity of traditional collective practices where the body becomes the main tool of expression and exposure.

A project that continues the artistic team’s collaboration and their ongoing research into tradition.
